- Receive, store, and dispatch finished goods, packaging materials, raw materials and other warehouse inventory.
- Perform loading, unloading, and movement of goods using warehouse handling equipment when authorized.
- Ensure products are store properly based on requirement.
- Support stock counting, cycle counts.
- Apply FEFO principles and monitor physical product shelf-life status.
- Verify quantities and conditions of incoming and outgoing materials against supporting documents.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or abnormal stock conditions to the Supervisor.
- Maintain good housekeeping, GMP and ISO safety requirement.
- Follow company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
- Conduct basic daily inspections of warehouse equipment and report any abnormalities.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Able to perform RM batching follow PD Plan.
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks assigned by the Warehouse & Store Supervisor.
- English - Basic
- High School Diploma
- Warehouse, store, or inventory control for 1 to 2 years
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience with stock receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
- Experiences in warehousing/Store RM&PM stock control.
- Able to drive forklift.
- Basic English reading and writing.
- Basic Microsoft Excel, Word.
- Basic stock control knowledge.
- Basic understanding of FEFO principles.
- Good record keeping and document filing.
- Attention to details and accuracy.
