Officially registered with the Ministry of Interior in 1998, the Youth Resource Development Program (YRDP) is a local non-governmental youth organization operating to engage young people in personal and leadership development and empowers them to work with others to address development issues in their communities. The organization primarily targets high school graduates and youth of higher education institutes who demonstrate leadership potential and the capacity to drive positive social change.
Currently, we are seeking national candidates to fulfill a vacant position as in below:
- Assist in organizing training/workshop and the field practice of trained youth
- Being involved in the development of curriculums
- Develop topics and assist in producing online and radio talk shows
- Mobilize youth to attend the training/workshops and other activities of the project
- Write training/ activity reports in English
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields such as History, Law, Psychology, Political or Social Science, International Relations, Education, or Social Work
- At Least experience working with NGOs as a full-time staff or volunteer for 1 year
- Good at writing and speaking both English and Khmer.
- Demonstrate strong team spirit and high motivation to work with youth
- Good at interpersonal skills: communication, problem solving, facilitation, time and task management with high morale, and good characteristics
Interested candidates are required to submit a CV and cover letter, including their expected salary, to YRDP via email provided in the contact details with a Subject as “Applying for DCEY Project Assistant” or “Project Officer for the SCOPE-PFM Project”. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis; therefore, early applications are strongly encouraged.
