By October 2017, Amret has 154 branches located in 25 cities and provinces across Cambodia, a USD650 million-loan portfolio and USD342 million in deposits, serves some 415,000 customers and employs around 4,000 staff.

តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
  • Manage and lead the development of best fit-training curriculums for network and support staff
  • Provide technical support to training material/tool design and development, ensuring that training materials recognize and cater for the needs of different types of learners/users and are suitable for the e-learning platform
  • Ensure that all training materials, aids and tools are updated and available on the e-training platform and that new products and services, courses and skills modules are always ready for users
  • Diversify the channel for refresher courses and other training modules to ensure that all staff can benefit from existing online self-improvement resources (e-learning, tutorials, videos etc.)
  • Follow up, monitor and collect feedback from recipients to assess their satisfaction with the quality of training contents, materials, methods and tools in order to adjust training contents and delivery
  • Manage and support all the training programs (BM/DBM, UM Talent, Young Talent, Hipo Program and DHD) to ensure they are implemented well and run smoothly
  • Foresee skill needs for support staff and outsource the skill training required to meet those needs in order to support Amret’s growth
  • Develop evaluation tools (survey) to collect feedback and aggregate evaluation results to analyze and improve curriculum contents in order to support the ongoing skill development of support staff
  • Review and develop all training policies and guidelines to ensure they are up to date and in line with Amret's objectives and training programs are run smoothly
  • Manage and support annual training needs analysis and budget planning in consultation with all department heads to design an effective training plan in order to fill any skill gaps and to support Amret’s growth
  • Manage and enhance LMS to ensure that training materials and new learning processes and methods are integrated into the system and that L&D reports are produced on time as required
  • Optimize the use of video conferencing to improve business training.
តំរូវការការងារ
  • Degree in Education, Banking and Finance or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in training (curriculum development and instructional design) and coaching
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in talent development and management
  • Good oral and written communication in both Khmer and English
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, leadership and talent development skills.
